The standard PD is 63.

You have entered a plus value in one eye and a minus value in the other. Are you sure this is correct?

Invalid prescription. The total sum of sphere and Cyl value for each eye must not exceed -8 or +8. Through our online website, we can accept prescriptions from -14.00 to +12.00, measured from the sum of the sphere and cylinder. If your prescription is greater then -14.00 or +12.00, please send your prescription through and we will let you know if our production facility can accommodate your request. We will endeavor to respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends or public holidays).

The NEAR or INTERMEDIATE ADD values are different for each eye. Are you sure that you want to continue?
